A health food store is a very fortunate place. Not only does it serve as a refueling station for the consciencious consumer, it also is a hub for natural and environmental health in the community. Add a little space for gathering, et voila! You have the perfect foder for classes and workshops on current eco-issues and natural health.
Because the summer months were so busy, we didn't manage to squeeze in any classes. Fall and winter, however, offer ample opportunity to get some natural health and cooking classes together!
Here you will find the official itinerary for classes, lectures and workshops ranging in topics from 'Juicing 101' to the 'Mind-Body Connection.' Feel free to register for any of these classes via email, or call the store at 715-634-2944. All classes are free unless otherwise noted.
